Love the Sizzix Snowflake!!!
Core’dination cardstock, Sizzix snowflake and American Craft Paper ( I cut the tree, bell and candycane out.) I used vellum and my computer for the Merry Xmas!!
Covered Recipe Box
Great book, great ideas, great gift!!
Use a box with or without a hinged lid, a cigar box, pencil box or any box can be adapted. I used Basic Grey Nook and Pantry to cover my box. I cut the pieces just a bit smaller to where I was going to glue them (permanent glue stick) then sanded the edges and used chalk ink to get an antique looking finish. My letters were Melissa Frances rub ons, but you can use anything including computer print on card stock for your title. Recipe cards are cut to fit inside, recipes attatched and as an added look I attached photos of special events ( xmas, birthdays, thanksgiving etc) on the other side. Class kit is a suggestion although so much is included in this class, bring your photos 5 x 7 and some 2 x2 ( cutter needed) bring your own scissors too!
